The Lowercity
Neutral Dark
The Lowercity is the surface of Araxion, which is currently under perpetual darkness that has spawned from the Undercity and overtaken this tier of the city. The sprawling slum that is the Undercity stretches across the entirety of the world of Araxion, forming the strong base of the cityscape. This tier is a place of villains, dark heroes, and even darker people. The people and places of the Undercity have been abandoned by the inhabitants of the higher city tiers, leaving the commoners at the will of warlords, gangs, and darker forces.
