Gargoyles

Contrary to popular belief, gargoyles are not just statues coming to life. Instead, the magically infused individuals can be derived from pretty much any object that the gods of Aeva perceive as valuable enough to receive the gift of life.
While statues are a commonly popular target due to their location and admiration and fascination of the mortal population in Aradeia, Aevans love to choose other objects as well.
Aradeians have reported living teddybears and figurines, robots that turned sentient and puppets starting to breathe. Often referred to as one of the creepiest forms of godly intervention, the creation of gargoyles still counts as one of the most divine processes of Aradeian existence.
Gargoyles can live up to 500 years and develop their own personalities, needs and desires. They cannot reproduce and get hurt rather differently to other Omni. They can express the emotions that they were given and seek the attention and assistance of other mortals to learn more about their new state of being.

Due to their lack of reproductive properties, most gargoyles aren't interested in intimate relations or have no concept of it. They dwell in scholarly exercises and love to participate in work and research. Apart from their sexual preferences, gargoyles can be romantic and long for connection. They are very loyal and prefer a calm environment.
Gargoyle adventurers are rare, but not unheard of, especially if they have a background of adventuring or celebrations.
One of the most well-known gargoyles to date is Achilles. He is a humanoid robot living in Camorand and is currently serving Lord Olander. He is highly adapt in the modern arts and is known for his hard work and friendly demeanor.
