Current "King of Aladore". He was Rrecently crowned after the mysterious death of his father. The "elf" of Amanita has his ear. He supposedly created the darkness to protect the people from the "bone plague" spreading farther. But he's sealed off several districts in the city and imposed a death penalty for entering those areas.
He's pretending to be his brother, King Alphonse. The nation knows him as his brother.
