The blue (lightning) dragon that Stormy Smoking Mountain accidentally summoned because Shimmer was not allowed in Sigil.
He's kind of a smart ass but fun.
Stormy Smoking Mountain gave him a "portable hoard" bag of holding.
Had a price on his head, but our group negotiated a deal for him with Lady Samara (who suggested the deal). He agreed to the deal to become a Shadow Broker agent to protect himself from those hunting him. He'd have to align himself with a group at some point. He felt important for being able to make the decision and that he was worth us giving up the information for.
