This footwear adds to the speed of the wearer but only when they are lightly encumbered. They add a +20 movement and an additional x2 to the run action. They are meant for messengers and delivery runners.
Shoes of Swiftness can come in many forms, they can be anklets, sandals, shoes, or boots. There is also a variation of gloves (also rings, or bracelets). This is for working faster with your hands. Tasks with writing, drawing, and other manual tasks that need dexterity and speed.
