He is a colossal being and is so old that he can live as a storm and rarely changes to his proper form anymore. He is very territorial and has a bad temper. He is rarely seen alone and is always surrounded by his spawn, various lesser elementals.  When in one of these bad moods, he likes to destroy things in a tantrum. He randomly causes a storm funnel that pulls from one of the cardinal directions, up or down. Although, he especially likes to pull things from space or the ocean and strand whatever he finds on the nearest landmass or body of water.
Imperos can be mischievous, callous, kind, or anything in between. If he is treated as he thinks he deserves, or is gifted with a unique gift he might give them a boon in return. He was not always this way, but he lost everyone he cared for and has never been the same since. Imperos left his home for a life of solitude, but even there other elementals were drawn to him. Living in the center of the storm, in the eye is peaceful, but outside the eye is a like a hurricane or tornado with scattered debris flying in the air currents. 
The environment inside the storefront can have strong winds, rain, hail, lightning, and anything else that a normal storm can have. The composition of the storm mostly depends on his mood, but nearby terrain conditions also apply.

Manifestation

Imperas is nestled in the center of a Colossal storm, a force of nature, he is an enormous elder air elemental that wanders through the less populated regions of the Skylands Continent.

He can be found throughout the Skylands.
