Current Hildago and patriach of the Trafalgar family. His family holds alliances with the Al-Talia, De-León, and the Al-Bashar. During the election he was chosen, he and David Abid Al-Talia were both up for the position but ultimately David conceeded in support of Arturo in light of their family ties.
As the patriach of the Trafalgar family Arturo is also responsible for the oversight of the city of Azmarin. His Steward is his cousin, Thiago Izan.
