The Medusas are created

Welnor the Wise is liberated by a group of cultists dedicated to Nidryshim who wish to use his mind to escape the Lord of Madness' clutches. However, when K'Niff discovered this treachery, he cursed the cultists into a snake-like form, creating the first Medusas. The Medusas, unable to control their new petrifying stares, turn Welnor into stone.
