A spellcasting who gained their powers through study and practice. Commonly, Wizards are taught, and often specialise in a certain school of magic, such as Abjuration, Divination, Evocation and Illusion.
When Lucidity fell, new magic was discovered, leading to the Schools of Eldritch Horror and Crystal Spires.
