The Frosty Fill-Ups of Cold Harbour and The Flame District are owned by a pair of Frost Goliath brothers engaged in a bitter rivalry, and have been since they were very young. However, most customers agree that while the Flame District Frosty Fill-Up has a superior signature home brewed ale, The Cold Harbour District has the finer liquor.
