Razorhilt
Razorhilt is a Forest Gnome village found in the Septimus region of Regigalis.
Razorhilt was once known for its prison, that, at certain points, had a prisoner population that outnumbered the general populace. Some believe that this concentration of the most evil members of society tainted the Fey energies, and poisoned the magic of the forest nearby. Although this is meant to explain the abundance of Green Hags in the area, some feel the theory is far-fetched, and the larger number of the Hags are due to the nearby Feygates being connected to the darker regions of The Feywild.
