Krelix the Exiled

Krelix the Exiled is an exiled Archtsar of the Hells Above, based in Fiendsnag Castle, a fortress off the North coast of The Great Wastes region of Regigalis. He is the only Devil Tsar on Apa Axas, and is sealed to the island, courtesy of The House of Sinew.
