King Lislisinigone
King Lislisinigone is the fabled King of The Clever Folk. It is said that he was abducted by Thija and tortured in her realm for an eternity. Another Travesty, Vox, took pity on the old king and liberated him. However, he had spent too long in her realm, and was cursed to a painful form of Undeath. In order to help the King enact his revenge, Vox crafted his skull into The Flail of the Screaming King.
