Jung Pau
Jung Pau is an Elder God, commonly associated with The Great Old Ones. Jung Pau is a paradoxical entity, a shifting mass of opposites held in perpetual tension. He is said to appear as a storm of black and white energy, constantly colliding yet never merging, his form surrounded by a halo of impossible shapes. He represents the equilibrium of all things, the knife’s edge between chaos and order, good and evil. Jung Pau is a capricious figure, aiding and hindering mortals seemingly at random, but always ensuring that the cosmic scales are never tipped too far. Those who invoke him walk a dangerous path, for he tests them by pushing them to their extremes.
Artifacts
Many artifacts of the Great Old Ones were destroyed during the God Severment. However, the Sword of Answering lingers on, split into nine pieces, with each containing the essence of one of the long dead Great Old Ones. The blade Last Quip is said to have been forged with Jung Pau's power.
