First Queen Isaliah
First Queen Isaiah was a High Elven Noble. She was the first monarch of the High Elven people, and ruled over her kingdom from the heights of Moonmoor. She was granted the Rod of Resurrection to serve as a badge of restraint and loyalty, being forbidden from using the rod. However, the Queen used the rod to resurrect her son, who was meant to die in childhood. This son grew up to become King Ionish the Starving Lord, a dictator who starved his kingdom as punishment for what he percieved as commit the mortal sin of not worshipping him as a god.
Before she abused the power of the rod, Isaiah was said to have been the fairest and most level headed leader the High Elves had ever had, even to this day. However, there is some evidence discovered in her private diaries that details a hatred of the Drow due their role in her father's demise, and their continued attempts to infiltrate Moonmoor.
