The Found
The Found are a growing group of discontent refugees. They were once brothers of the Lost but weren't satisfied with that lifestyle. They believe that by adapting to the city and forming their own criminal enterprise they can help themselves and their fellow refugees. While not as generous as the Lost the Found do help the refugees by providing food, money, and blankets to those in need. This helps with recruitment and some of the refugees who are the best off are those in the Found. They never go hungry and always have some gold in their pocket. They where the same style of scarf as the Lost by their scarves are black denoting their acceptance of the city's corrupt ways. They have ridden Darktown, the lowest section of the city farthest from the suns light or the reach of the guards.
The Found was formed by a group of 5 former Lost members who now run the gang. For split second decisions there is Gerald Evergold, the de facto leader of the Found. Unlike Jeff Lawman, his Lost counterpart, Gerald lives in comparative luxury at the center of his fortress, a supporting tower of the undercity he owns dedicated to low income housing with a bar at the bottom. His noble background often leads to him being called the Lord of Darktown. By offering money, a taste of the good life, and a feeling of purpose the Lost recruit many young men and have swollen to a sizable group capable of taking and holding a small area of turf in the undercity just outside of brickville.
The rest of the city has mixed feelings about the Found. Of course the Found steal from the other gangs but they are also criminals themselves, motivated at least partially by profit. This means they can be reasoned with and bribed. The carriage guild for instance pays a monthly stipend and all Found members are strictly prohibited from robbing their carriages. Most of the city populace kind of like the Found because they will sell them the vices of other gangs at cheaper costs to undercut the market.
After The Inquisition attempted to raid Darktown and the Colony The Found pledged themselves to the Filth. A growing organization in the undercity and sewers. In exchange The Found are now armed with red plasm weaponry. They have put aside their differences with The Lost and both committed to a common effort of defending the Undercity.
