Las Vegas

Named after the ancient goddess of luck, Las Vegas is actually a neighborhood. The area between two massive columns of rock in the undercity of Solan. This area is one of the tallest in the caverns that make up the undercity. People have strung bridges between the columns and towers have sprung up in between with businesses at multiple levels accessible by bridge. Other businesses are floating, suspended from the ceiling or between the columns, swaying gently as people move about.
Las Vegas is considered one of the city's most notorious gambling dens. The Bluecoats don't venture into the Undercity anymore and each gambling hall has a squad of thugs to protect it. Those who gamble here are usually those who aren't affiliated with a gang powerful enough to have its own gambling halls, or those who can't afford the triumvirate tables.
Las Vegas is a branch of The Filth, their first acquisition in the Undercity. What was at the time called Chance Towers was raided by the Billhooks as a part of their war with the Filth. But the Filth rebuilt the area better than it was before with magical construction. Now Las Vegas is beuitiful with floating magical lights. Around these successful gambling halls come other vice dens so people can mix their pleasures. Opium dens, bars, brothels, fighting pits, cheese dealers, dog fights, and whatever else you could want in a slum. Las Vegas functions as a market square, apartment complex, and addiction-feeding vice den all in one. Many consider it the "down town" or the Undercity.
