Half-Elf
The Half-Elves of Anthronon are largely simillar to those described in the 2014 PHB. The main distinction comes from the lore differences of my elves. Thus there are really 3 distinct groups of half-elves depending on where they grow up and who their elven parent is.
Those who are the children of Zirdian nobility are often refered to as Demisangue which in Elven means half-blood. Those who aren't accepted into the nobilty by their family have the last name Demisangue. Most half elves of the world fall into this category. It is very common in high elven culture to have sexual relations with your slaves/servants. Zirdy has large populations of human slaves. Having sex with a human isn't even seen as cheating if you are married. Demisangue generally either seek the favor of their family or try to leave. Those who are favored by their families can be risen up to nobility and granted the last name of their elven parent. Gaining full noble status and priveledge with the exception of title inheritence, they can never be promoted to head of household, niether can their children or grandchildren even if they both marry full elves. Many instead choose to leave their famileis behind, either seeking fortune in business or working for a different household. Often they leave Zirdy entirely prefering Bastion, the Shattered Sea, or human continents. Those who are born of a human and a non-noble Zirdian High Elf are considered free and may take on the name of their elven parent. It is believed by most elves that half-elves can't get into elven heaven, they are niether reincarnations of previous elves nor will they ever reincarnate. This was determined due to the soul of a half-elf being uable to be used to create a Banshee, which requires an Elven soul. Thus the divine laws of magic consider them not to be elves.
Those descended from high elves who grow up among humans instead are often refered to as "Rounds" by Zirdian society, claiming that the humans had rounded their ears or were somehow less elven than those who grew up in Zirdy. If they are the child of a Zirdian noble they may take the Demisangue last name for their use but many instead use the last name of their human parent. Since they mature very similarly to humans in the early years they fit in much better than they would in Zirdy but are just generally small until everyone else stops growing but they continue for a few years. They do have to deal with knowing that everyone they know will die before they are middle aged. Thus many of these half-elves are also drawn to wonder, some become merchants or diplomats for human nobles.
Half-Elves descended from Wood Elves are seen by the Zirdian hierarchy as the lowest of the low. Regarding the Wood Elves as savages and the humans as inferior, Zirdian society view them as the lowest of the low and enslaves them, giving them 0 rights. There is a Zirdian slur for this specific subsection of half-elves, "Merdas" which means shits. Very few of them exist in Zirdy as most slave owners would not purposefully breed them, they are seen as low value. Therefore most of the wood decended half-elves are actually descended from either the khanrathi clans of those who went on Nessiens Pilgrimage to the human continent of Alberon. Those who are raised in Nessien's Wood are treated as equals. Those who are raised among the humans of Alberon are generally viewed with mild suspicion.

Basic Information
Anatomy
Half-Elves are generally normal human height with slender build and slightly pointed ears.
Growth Rate & Stages
Grows slighty slower than humans, hitting puperty about a year and a half later. Generally they don't have a growth spurt and instead just continue growing until they are around 25.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Though Half-Elves don't have the keen senses of a full elf many have greater cababilities than the average human. Many become excellent marksmen.

Courtship Ideals
Half elves live a fraction of the lives of their full blooded kin. Many high elves couldn't consider them equals. But on the inverse a half elf knows that falling inlove with a human will only be heartbreak when they die long before you're even grey. Aditionally since Half-Elves mature faster than full elves(who don't reach mental maturity until 100), making them ready for relationships at the terribly young age of 25. To the elves dating someone that young is cradlerobbing, and the young elves don't have sexual attratction yet. This means that most half elves have had at least 1 youthful relationship with another half elf if one was available.
