Jacques Thadrimr is a Storm Elven Blood Sourceror, and the Dagda of Eksu Skyrunner. Jacques is the oldest son of Pelafina the Dreamer and Wednesday, making him the first Storm Elf and progenitor of all Storm Elves. Jacques is the founder and hierarch of the Thadrimr Clan. Jacques leads the clan and advises his many descendants from Thadrimr Estate.
For centuries, Jacques had searched for an Heir to the Hierarchy to succeed his position and lead the clan in the event of his eventual death. In 977 AB, nearing death at 944 years old, Jacques learned that one of his most promising prospects in decades, a frail but Sourcerously powerful young up-and-comer, Nilya Thadrimr, had just married Sul Skyrunner, descendant of Jacques long-time best friend Kane Skyrunner, a truly legendary warrior known for his unparalleled strength. By 978 AB, Nilya Skyrunner was pregnant, and in 979 AB, Eksu Skyrunner was born. It was a miracle, to Jacques, and by extension, the rest of the clan.
Eksu proved worthy of the title, truly incredible, walking and talking in Elven and Thonic by age 1. Jacques named the boy Heir to the Hierarchy, also at age 1 in 980 AB, igniting the ire of many other clan members who deemed themselves a more fitting choice than the gibbering sideshow they considered the baby to be.
Jacques, Nilya, and Sul protected the boy from 980 AB to 993 AB, when he was first killed by a Wood Elf assassin sent by Zar Thadrimr, Lord Protector of Boreal. Eksu. After this incident, it was decided that Sul should retire to his family home, Skyrunner Manor to keep Eksu safe until he was old enough to take over the Thadrimr Clan.
