Boreal

Boreal is the capitol of Borea, and spans both sides of the Boreal Gate. Centered around the Tree of Light, Boreal is primarily populated by Elf and Human, and Half-Elf mortals, though almost all other mortal races are present, and some El and Elementals reside on the Feyworld side of the city.
