Asmodeus rarely directly intervenes with the affairs of mortals. His various demon princes and other underlings do enough work and sow enough chaos that keep the forces of good busy. Asmodeus is more interested in the affairs of other gods, celestials, and demons.

General Physical Condition
Asmodeus almost never leaves The Nine Hells but on the rare occasions he is seen on the mortal planes he usually takes the form of a gigantic demon. With blood red skin, cloven hooves, and leathery wings.

Personal history
Asmodeus is the ruler of The Nine Hells and has been for millennia. Beyond single challenge to his power by Bane his power is absolute.
After Bane's coup Asmodeus banished him to Gehenna , and ensnared, bargained, or coerced Tiamat to guard the only way into his domain. He holds a near unassailable position and his future plans are his own. He has been content to rule over The Nine Hells for millennia, though for how much longer he will keep his ambitions in check is anyone's guess.
