Bosom of Coral
The Bosom of Coral is a pocket dimension known as a Manaworld, accessed by the activation of the Coral Jewel artifact.
Geography
The Bosom of Coral appears as a maritime paradise, a near infinite archipelago sitting across an endless ocean. In reality, like all Manaworlds, the area of traversal is finite, on a infinitely repeating magical plane.
Visitors to the Bosom of Coral will see islands of warm pinks and reds, the result of coral growth around the shore, which is also used for construction. The artificial sun in the dimension produces a soft light during the transition to evening, producing picturesque sunsets.
The primary settlement in the dimension, Reefe, is the primary settlement of the Manabound who call the dimension home.
Since all Manaworlds were inherited from the Te-O-Dalina empire, even the Agaletian adventurers who ventured into the Bosom of Coral could not find all of the mysteries that their predecessors had left behind.
Ecosystem
The ecosystem of the Bosom of Coral is mostly based around marine life. While there are some basic agricultural staples (thanks to the Agaletians), nearly the entire food chain for Manabound relies on aquatic life.
Many great creatures (collectively called Leviathans) are said to inhabit the deeper reaches of the infinite ocean, but mostly leave the populace alone. Occasionally, Manabound will spot Leviathans breaking through the water surface, and many conflicting descriptions of them are described in lore.
