Pen of esoteric penmanship

Pens of arcane penmanship are pens designed to read the wielder's intention and be used to transcribe spell receptacles, spell-books, spell-notes, spell-instructions and other esoteric writings.
The items are used by focusing on the spell one wishes to transcribe while writing down its meaning in a language of the writer's choice, usually one associated with whichever language they utilize in spellcasting and then effectively trying to start casting the spell and going through the process of casting the spell in one's mind. The pen will then transcribe the esoteric writings and infuse it with the intent and knowledge of the user.
The pen can be used to write any form of esoteric writing as long as the pen itself is of a high enough quality and both the ink and paper can handle both the meaning and power of the spell and meaning being transcribed.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The pen works by taking the meaning the caster is focusing on and putting it into the writing, creating esoteric writing rather than normal writing and imbuing it with inherit meaning and power.

Significance

Pens of esoteric penmanship are all required to effectively write notes and descriptions of any lasting quality, they are also a requirement for creating spell receptacles and are known to be essential in some variations of enchanting.
