Yolanthe Mirthshine - Magistrate

Magistrate of the Court in Keylethia, she, amongst her peers, is the one that is most often on the road and likes to get stuck in, adjudicating, investigating and further experiencing all that the coastal villages of the region of Keylethia has to offer.
There seems to be a lot more to this short and stocky woman than meets the eye.
She has a vast knowledge of many things, even beyond the scope of the administration of justice and the application of the law, hinting at a past life away from tribunals and courts.
She appears to be in her late forties, road weary and abrupt in her manners.
She is well known in the region and whenever her cart shows up on the coastal roads, people treat her with respect and make sure to be on their best behaviour.

She occasionally butts heads with Taernak Mulas, who sometimes fancies himself her superior, despite sharing the same rank, but they respect each other and are fast friends.

She is the one that gives our heroes their marching orders.
