He's a gaunt fellow in his late fifties, early sixties.

He lives in the manor nestled atop Witch Hill, and his lands stretch to about a day's worth of travel in every direction from it.
His son has apparently died not too long ago, in a freak accident not far from the manor itself.
Rather pale, the man seems learned, bookish and a bit of a recluse, who lives with his manservant Varro , in the house that is obviously too large for just two people.
He is known to occasionally travel to Keylethia for business and to visit The University.
He is well spoken and his demeanour reflect the ingrained authority of his rank.
He seems cordial, well mannered and hospitable. His subjects appear to like him well enough.
