One of the few lycanthropes that is typically found in urban areas such as large cities, they are masters of blending in and avoiding confrontations, making them excellent spies and thieves.

Symptoms

In their main form they tend to be thin, short, and wiry. They can never sit perfectly still, with their eyes constantly darting, and their nose and mouths twitching.
While in their hybrid or beast form they are covered in fur, have a rat-like head, and long, hairless tail.
