Magic flows throughout the world, however it is not evenly spread. Scattered across the planet are small areas where immense amounts of magic bubble up from the 'Heart of the World'. In these areas extremely powerful spells can be preformed with little effort. As a result these areas are either a closely kept secret or jealously guarded.
