Rottria
The Second son of the famous Elvish story, Rottria was cunning, clever and at time devious. He always felt the need to be a bit different to his older brother, pushing the limits of what he could get away with.

Personal history
After helping to found Andlis-Harh with his two brothers Rottria spent a lot of time studying the wonders of the land, exploring cave systems, the darkest areas of the nearby mountains and even venturing up as far as the northern region of the land, though this is doubted by most historians.
After many years of establishing the city and growing it into a successful settlement, Rottria had become the founding member of a group of Elves known as The Decita, a secret group dedicated to removing dangers and threats from the world. This went against a lot of what the Elves believed in at the time, avoiding conflict where they can, however Rottria believed that the Elves were not going to survive without cunning and manipulation of the major powers.
Over the first years of the organisation it is speculated that over 100 Elves were killed or abducted to ensure the success of Andlis-Harh, however the Elvish Rulers later on declared this part of the history heretic and illegal.
Rottria's death is a topic of debate for many, as there are two main ideas of what killed him...
Rottria had become the main adviser to the settlements leaders, deciding not to try to avenge his brother, he had pushed for more Elves to become soldiers, or at least train to learn to fight. He had the Magic users learn and teach as much as they could and the settlement saw good times, trade was as good as ever and the Elves were becoming more spread throughout the land, with tribes sending envoys often.
One day Rottria gathered all the leaders together and told them that a threat was coming, although it is known exactly what he thought was coming. He warned of the same thing that killed his brother was coming back for them all but he had a cunning plan to defeat the demon. It is documented that he had almost all the population move to Oldtown and set up a temporary camp there. He and the mages waited in Andlis-Harh for the threat to arrive, but it never did...
They waited for days and nothing arrived, eventually some of his followers went against his orders and sent word for the civilians to return. Rottria was apparently still convinced the threat was coming and ran out of the city chasing something, or someone.
Stories from those that followed him tell of the Elf being found, beaten, bloody and cut hundreds of times. Less religious Elves and Humans believe this was revenge for the sins Rottria had committed in his life, as it is likely he had made many enemies, this was the belief of the Elves at the time. Those more believing think it was the demon Agamine who had tricked the brother into coming out of the city, making him so paranoid that those around him, including his younger brother didn't believe there was a threat, convincing the Elves that the deaths of the brothers and the problems around Andlis-Harh were not magical, simply criminals, murderers and bandits.
Employment
At first Rottria was a craftsman, a builder, but mainly he enjoyed hunting and exploring. In the early days he loved to go out with a small group or on his own and map out the nearby lands, he is responsible for a lot of the continent having a clear map for later towns and cities to use to find each other.
Later Rottria founded The Decita and began a very secretive chapter, although the existence of the group is historical fact the actions and current state of the group is unknown.
