Predominantly dwarf, human and halfling population, with a number of half-elves, half-orcs and gnomes scattered amongst them. Dragonborn, Tieflings, and Elves are rarer.

2 Layers of city wall, the outer giving room for some sheltered crops in case of seige, the inner taller and housing the main military forces. Griffon cavalry easily cross the gap between walls fending off attacks from the wildlands.
