Weave

The weave is the most common way that people can learn magic. It was created by Mystra so that mortals can easily learn magic, without turning to dark or more esoteric means.

The weave is created from different Mana Threads . The 8 base threads are the 4 elements (Water, Air, Fire, and Earth), Positive and Negative, and Spiritual and Mental. When these threads meet they can create different more complex threads.

Ex.) Fire and Earth threads combined can make Magma threads.

Wizards, Artificers, etc. use these threads to create spells, with higher leveled spells needing a great number of complex mana threads.
