Valoseyr Raptyr
Valoseyr is a male Silver Dragonborn and a skilled Hexblade Warlock of the Shone Baret . Not much is known about him by his compatriots other than he is supposedly a follower of Bahamut and is pretty good with his pact weapon Wakizashi. He tends to keep to himself for the vast majority of time. The truth is that Valoseyr Raptyr is really a cover for Othimunur Turacvoar, a White Dragonborn. He is an enemy of the Empire from a rival empire that was sent to sow chaos. Othimunur really has been given his power by an unknown deity. Othimunur is very good at lying and deceiving hence why he was chosen for this mission. He learned this from the Orphanage, an organization that trains orphans to be assassins and spies for the tyrannical government that runs his home country. What he doesn’t know is that someone from the same Orphanage that raised him also killed his parents. They were politicians that were outspoken about the things the government were doing, and were thus assassinated. Othimunur was just barely a year old at the time and witnessed the murders. This has caused him to have a blood lust, and made him top in his class in kills.
