Dink's Airship & Cantina

High above the floor in the second ring, stand a structure that is unlike any other in Moongarten. A flying machine with an enormous melon-shaped body is partially embedded in the canopy of a large tree. The structure itself has been added to and lights can be seen from windows where this once flying machine is now constrained to staying in the trees. A large staircase circles around the base of the tree beckoning people up to Dink's Airship & Cantina. The flags from many houses can be seen hanging from a rope over the door.   Inside one finds an expansive tavern that is generally packed with non-elves all of whom forget their allegiances to flags when they enter and instead are swept away by the lively atmosphere of the non-elvish space. In an instant when the door closes the strange forest is left behind and rambunctious lands of Dink's is entered. A haven in a foreign land.     A Refuge for non-elves, a crashed airship that has been converted into an Inn, Bazzar, and home for travellers to Moongarten.   Pretty hippie-dippie.   Dink is the name of the man who piloted and crashed the airship. His ship was built into a canopy and built upon by his surviving son, who runs the cantina. Bogart Skyborn. He was the only survivor of the crash and found himself indebted to the elves who helped nurse him to life.   His twin daughters: Malika Skyborn and Talika are half-elves who help him run the area as he's growing old. They're both very content, but Talika would like to leave and head off on adventures.   They make a wicked light wine with bubbles, often known as the Bogart Especial. For food, they have quite a few cheeses including an absolutely acidic owlbear cheese, which is largely undigestable.   Everyone is welcome here, but it would be people from out of the forest who would be drawn. When the forest disappears one can feel that they're in an enclosed space in any city anywhere.
