A stout dwarf whose beard has grown gray, Miles Derrick serves as the temporary open lord of Dollet in the wake of Darren Everburn's removal from office. He is kind and caring, but also persistent (stubborn, some would say), and has a gaze that would drive most common folk away, but that is merely the result of years of back-breaking work, both with his hands and his mind. Before taking upon a living in the city of Dollet, Miles served as an ambassador between its people and the dwarves of Petricoria in the Contal Mountains.
