Feriond

Feriond is an ellondothan circle entirely focused on the development of the Weave. Members of the circle have historically been mainly arcanists, spellcrafters and weaveshapers -- people who either use or develop the Weave as their profession. Following the recent surge of progress in the entertainment applications of the Weave the population of Feriond has swelled with all kinds of Weave-enthusiasts.
Ferish social policy is typical to contemporary Ellondoth in that the circle functions as a lottocracy. Feriond is not known for any kind of wild or revolutionary political tendencies, but has gathered a reputation in inter-circle politics for always striving for the betterment of the arcane arts and the further development of the Weave.
