The same or similar offerings offered by multiple people at the same place increase the effectiveness or the odd that the prayer is granted. the more people praying or casting the more likely it is to be granted. the more things sacrificed in the same place the greater the odds.

Manifestation

A lot of water or several animals or plants but only if in the same grouping so water mixed with plants doesn't work. increases the odds a prayer is heard or increases the result that comes from it. multiple prayers for the same thing in the same place but at different times also work. magic gathers therefore in areas where people regularly pray the more people who regularly pray there the more powerful the prayer is

Localization

this explains other localization. save for the "warlock effect." their magic is always water-powered and more powerful away from other water. (the sacrifice is greater.) though multiple warlocks can use this property to increase power.
