It is a hidden location found near the heart of Cymelian City in the XXX graveyard. In order to access the facility, one must be accompanied by a member of the Nightguard wearing a Corvus or otherwise have acquired one of the rings that grants passage to the hidden entrance through the XX mausoleum found in the XX graveyard.
