The Guild Sector

The Guild Sector is placed in the lower tiers of the city towards the southern end. Most craft guilds are actually settled near the Market Plaza, but most Adventurer’s, Mercenary, and Rogue guilds operate out of the slums near the southern wall, often referred to as The Guild Sector to locals. Guilds run much of the city processes under the direct overseer-ship of the City Counsel, given a fair amount of freedom so long as they operate within general city guidelines.
