Initially appointed as the Duke of the Vassal state of Breizh, Nevenoe proves a loyal subject until the death of the King of Gallia. He declares himself King of Breizh and conquers the Marches of Neustria, taking both Roazhon and Naoned, as well as territory within the Duchy of Anjou.   In order to counter the influence of the Southern Church, Nevenoe grabs authority from the Archbishop of Tours and establishes the Bishopric-of-Dol, a self-governing body to preserve local traditions. It is rumored that Nevenoe took of a Fae lover during his reign.   The Second Bleed begins during his reign as Ys-Beneath-the-Waves makes its return to Bedouar, launching the Odet raids against Kemper
