Personal history
Ronan was born and lived in Southern Albia, choosing voluntary exile and setting in Leon, moving Southwards to Great Kernev, establishing a monestary in the forests of Lokorn, a few kilometers from Kemper, living as an aesthetic in the forest.
Ronan became an object of fascination and wisdom for the local populace, gaining a small but dedicated following, He came into conflict with Keban, a local druidess, who accused Ronan of murder and the use of the dark arts, one of the earliest references to something similar to the Curse of the Garwaf. It was revealed that the murder attempt was made by Keban herself, with her daughter rescued by Ronan's intervention before she expired.
After The Fall of Ys, Ronan was instrumental in assisting refugees from Ker-Ys as the new capital was established. He was ill-suited for the politics of the court of Salomon I and left for Dumnonia, dying in his cell at an isolated abbey.
