The Feast of Dawn is a minor celebration of Briganitia Aurora, the goddess of the dawn.
Leading up to the celebration's peak, it was bad luck to plant wheat, spin yard or wash sheets.
Cabbages, Onions and Pumpkins are sown in the lead-up to the festival.
Seaside communities take the week to collect barnacles along the shoreline.
Tan-Mor harvested during Dawnfeast is used to treat epilepsy
Breaking Day
A communal festival, wherein the pots and plates damaged during the year are destroyed.
The Pardon Wind
Popular tradition holds that the wind that blows during The Pardons on the first day of the Feast of Dawn will be the dominant wind for the year.
