Ms. Lerissa Temerity Marsolis (a.k.a. Storm-Soother)
Lerissa holds the title of Royal Mage in the Kingdom of Umbria. She serves King Melchor as his adviser in matters of the arcane. She is a tiefling sorceress with powers over the swirling storms that populate the western Casduen Sea. She is a very intuitive and intelligent woman who likes to spend her time in the Royal Library and her own studies within the Tower of Stars.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
She has dusty blue skin, her eyes are almond shaped and a piercing white. Her white hair often just flows around her, billowing like the many robes and dresses she wears. Her horns are elegantly curved and sweep back from her brows, and she leaves them bare and modest.
Lerissa carries herself with a poise that has been cultivated in her years serving in courts. Having said this, due to her attunement with the sea and storms, she does have a tendency to get her emotions riled up in dramatic situations.

Personal history
Lerissa was born in Mystmora, Zeftland, the country to Umbria's southwest. Mystmora was known for it's typhoon seasons, and as such the people that lived there were very in touch with the fickleness of the sea and wind. She developed a special affinity for the storms at the age of ten, when she saved her parents from a particularly bad incident caused by a seasonal typhoon. Having seen her powers with their own eyes, her parents took their meager savings and paid for her to begin attending the Mystmoor Academy of Magic, which was located on the outskirts of Mystmora.
As a tiefling child of two human parents and having a connection with the wild and unpredictable storms, it was exceptionally difficult to make any friends or pursue in her quest to understand herself more. Often being ostracized from her classmates, or scolded by professors for mishaps, she began to spend most of her time in the libraries alone and worked on developing her natural powers by herself.
She devoured the texts she could find in the library, and spent much time on the secluded beaches around Mystmora, practicing her magic.

History
Brynn was a professor at the Mystmoor Academy of Magic, and was one of the only teachers who seemed to be able to truly look past the colour of Lerissa's skin and her horns. She often went to him for any questions or advice she was seeking. They still sometimes meet up, whenever Brynn is in the area.
