Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la is the culture and ethnicity of individuals living within Lyph'pherena-lorozosomerla-pa. Only Lunarian Lypheren may become Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la, and only after undergoing a pilgrimage to Lyph'yersoripazoley-pa and have acquiesced it's culture and language.

Since Lunarian Lypheren are born to Locahth families accross the world, prior to living in Lypherena, their names can be anything. However, once a Lunarian Lypheren choose to live in Lypherena, they are given a new name by the Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la.

The Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la have created their own language, Lu-daryph-na'lyph-rin'lo, which predates the Catresael language by roughly 200,000 years. Lu-daryph-na'lyph-rin'lo is esoteric; it's grandiloquence, melodic tones, and complex signs lead it to being incredibly difficult, if not wholly impossable, for a non-native speaker to learn.
Average technological level
The Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la have adopted technologies such as phones and radios, largely at the behest of Alexandra Petrou, but do not otherwise care to adapt and use other "modern" technologies.

Since Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la require such little sustenance, they do not grow any food or catch any fish, but simply just consume recently deceased aquatic animals.

They must complete the following: becoming fluent in Lu-daryph-na'lyph-rin'lo, understanding the Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la's history and knolwedge, and knowing and caring for all Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la. Once the individual has accomplished this, they are grantedtheir own Irosonio'portacallo-phalyph-sor'zen, which represents their personality and individualism. The individual will then officially become a Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la.

The lypho'noren'paioren'a'la are not beholden to any laws, but must never fail to preserve or undermine the Sha'laren'lehyren-pa. If they do, they permanently exiled, disallowed from communicating with Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la, and forget the histories and teachings of the lypho'noren'paioren'a'la.
