Oneiromancers specialise in seeing; they see what is not truly there, they see flashes into the future, they can stare down a scrying sensor and learn it's origin and they can even watch and observe the dreams of the willing... and the unwilling who lack the power to resist them. 
Persicorum are aware of an Oneiromancer in A'mlon who had a good relationship with Magus Erolith Undergaige but they have currently not been able to meet them.

The job is reserved for MAGUS graduates who specialised in divination magic... as such it is an uncommon but not too rare profession though it is difficult to find a truly skilled Oneiromancer.
