Makhai

Agents of Chaos

They are one of the first two mortal racial groups, the second being the Seraphim. The Makhai were created by Křacos at the request of the Ðíos of chaos, they were designed to serve in The First War as agents of chaos. Like all Daemons, the Makhai consist of four individual races, theirs being the Charun, Deimos, Succubi, and Achlys. The unique nature of the Daemons originated because those who created them didn't know how to properly form a mortal race capable of breeding, it took them four iterations to achieve it, and Křacos fashioned the Makhai after the Seraphim.

History

The first were born into the First War as agents of chaos, around the year -1000, but when the end of the war came they were left with little purpose. Many eventually found service with the new formed Pantheon along with a home on Ersetu, a world located in the realm of Hel. Since that time, a group have come to settle a colony on Domus called Gadbiel as well, a place from where they can live out their chaotic nature. For most of history the Makhai have been responsible for various conflicts and served individuals intent on conquering.

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions

The Makhai have little aversion towards the other mortal races and are often open to creating relations with them. However, they usually intend the relations to benefit them; otherwise, it's considered a waste of their time. On the other hand, most races distrust them and see them as monsters.
