This is the first major storyline of the Jack Thunder series. It focuses on Jack Thunder and his quest to find the Fragments of Anima, legendary magical weapons that are the only hope of saving the world from the Heart of Darkness, a foul being with no other desire than to drain Altairus of all of its magic. But as he makes new friends and recovers each of the Fragments, he realizes that his mission is not so straightforward...
This series is complete as of April 2025. It is split into 7 titles, each of which averages around 15,000 words. This format supports the episodic nature of the series; each book is a complete story in and of itself. It is not necessary for one to read all the preceding titles when reading any given title, but doing so does provide additional context.

This is a sequel to Jack Thunder and the Fragments of Anima above and the first in the new series.
Just five months after the events of the previous series, a teenage human girl known as Stephanie emerges through an open Earth portal. Jack Thunder gives her a warm welcome, but not everyone in Altairus is so friendly. He soon runs afoul of the notorious Ivy Butternut, who wants to use Stephanie's arrival to stir up panic and sieze power over the Summer and Winter Courts. Worse, without the Heart of Darkness, the wendigoes in the Flipside riot. The heinous General Malefic casts Nemesis out of the Flipside, leaving it at the mercy of the ones it once opposed. With all that's happening, it is up to Jack Thunder and his friends to once again assemble the Fragments of Anima. And perhaps, even, to mend the severed bonds between the two worlds.
