Zorra High Council

The Zorra High Council is the leading political body of Zorra's Domain. Located in the city of Cascaida, the Council is made of members from differing areas of expertise and age. Members of the Council are required to take a bianual compitence exam to assess their mental health, intelligence, and loyalty to the Zorra people.

Structure

The Zorra High Council consists of twelve advisors or ‘councilors’ headed by the Zorra King. The Council is in charge of legeslative and judicial actions and advise the King on executive decisions. The names of the councilors during the time of Lenk and Gwen's visit are Pargo, Otim, Pevi, Silvar, Neptuna, Tiergan, Teap, Naruta, Okis, Oruta, Atum and Orephe under the rule of King Doraphen.
