Sorra's Domain
The Sorra elves moved to the wetlands and coast in the south of Amora and established Sorradai-mon which came to be called Sorra's Domain by the other realms. They became fishlike in appearance, growing fins and gills, but retained most of their elvin anatomy. They traveled the continent on archeological expeditions searching for ancient texts and technology among the ruins. They were able to recover most of the designs of the atomic bomb but they did not want to destroy them. Instead King Fasolan had them sealed up, never to be used again but available for reference so they could prevent anyone from recreating the device. They used the recovered texts and tech to catapult themselves ahead of the other races by hundreds of years. With the horrors of the Fifth Millennium War fresh on their minds, the Sorra followed a strict isolationist policy for over a millenia, using their technological prowess to deter travelers and live in peace. However, when Prince Doraphen inherited the throne in 987 AMW he opened the borders of Sorra's Domain to trade and diplomatic relations with the Treaty of Gold.
The Sorra are the most technologically advanced society in Amora. They achieved antigravity vehicles, instant messaging and communication systems, digital cameras, and an extensive defense system throughout the domain. Their crowning achievement is the Waypoint, a portal device capable of teleporting any object to another portal allowing for instant travel over vast distances. Scientists are still developing this waypoint technology to teleport an object from a waypoint device to any designated location without the need of a receiving waypoint. With such advanced technology, the Sorra have had the luxury to commit themselves to arts and politics while continuing to advance ahead.
Sorra’s Domain is a prosperous kingdom specializing in jewelry making, masonry, and art. They hold close ties to Hilana and the Oogdrük and conduct regular business with the former. There is relatively open trade between them, but the Sorra Council insisted that their technology be prohibited from trade and Doraphen was forced to compromise with them in order to open the borders.

Education
A public education system run by the Sorra Council educates the youth and adults in various scientific fields. Every citizen is able to attend school which is organized based on topic and skill level rather than age. It is completely normal to find children studying alongside adults and is just as common to find the young teaching the old as vice versa, it all depends on the individual's mental maturity and intellect. The Sorra study medicine, mechanical engineering and a form of electrical engineering, as well as music and visual arts.
