The largest of the Alphatian Elenhos kingdoms. The River kingdom controls the large forest on the northwest of Nord and the smaller forest on Ovest.
The River King is rumored to have been consumed by the Thaumaturgic dementia as has much of his court.
The Elenhos of Ovest are heavily involved in the politics and social life of the Ovest Tuomi and its nobles.
Once held the forests of Arran.
