Siegwald Romaric was the bastard of his father Hectwar Romaric and a woman he met in the Lockward in Tridar. During the Tru Betrayal he served as his father's squire, and during this war, he would end up having a one night stand with a common woman he had a few drinks with. He did not think much of the encounter, not caring for any consequences as Tristan's forces were seen moving on Tridar. Hectwar would go on to die in a4 603, being only 16 years old as The Battle of the Red Lock was a Trugarian slaughter. Siegwald would be brought to the rest of his family after the war, and he was legitimized by Craztius Trugar, and his mother would be allowed to stay at the Romaric mansion to raise her child, though she would later marry another man.
