Drogthatar used to be powerful and tall. His body was extremely muscular and his physical strength was impressive even for pit fiends. After his suffering in the Tower of Wonder his body was frail, weak and all his fat and muscles were gone.

Personal history
Drogthatar was a powerful fiend in the nine hells who climbed his way up to the rank of pit fiend. His home was on the first layer of hell Avernus. He served as a loyal general in Zariel's army and was a fearsome warrior and inhabitet powerful infernal magic. Droghatar was known to make many deals with mortals, many of these deals included power, magic and extended life. In return he would gain caim on their souls or recieve wealth, magic items or favors.
One of these deals he made was with the powerful wizard Traberion Amonar. From the deal Traberion would recieve infernal knowledge, and Drogthatar would be given a favor for the future. Upon signing the contract Traberion was given the secrets that Droghatar promised, but Drogthatar was betrayed. Instead of having claim on Traberion's soul, he instead was transported into a cell and chained up. His side of the deal was changed and now be stuck in the Tower of Wonder. Drogthatar was trapped in the tower for over 4000 years where he would starve and slowly go insane by his solitude and the noise of the moving machines throughout the tower. After milennia of suffering he was finally released by adventurers who dared enter the tower.
